Did you hear about chromomagnetic monopoles models of QCD vacuum
where monopole current compress chromoelectric field into sting?
In general, bag model is not critical for understanding QCD vacuum.
In same models (like instantons vacuum) all dynamic collected into
field correlators and bag arise only us average correlation length.

Bold idea :-). Its seems like Gribov theory of confinement. Today many
people view meson as goldstone boson of broken SU(3) chiral symmetry.
Meson mass directly connected with current quark masses by PCAC
relations and chiral condensate. It is not understanded how related
gluon confinement and chiral symmetry breaking, but we absolutly sure
that the confinement phenomenon take place in pure gluonic case without
quarks.

"Gluon mass" is only consequence of the exponential decreasing of

It can not be true. Because massive mesons can exists without
gluonconfinement. You can chance only if you can derive chiral symmetry
breaking from gluon confinement. Nobody know how to do this. This is
realy big problem. In first side meson is goldstone meson of chiral
symmetry beaking, in second size meson can be viewed us two quarks
linked by string of chomoelectric field. In other hands we need relate
two quantities: chiral condensate and string tension.
