Two presenters of a "scientific" France 2 (public TV channel) programme,
publish a forgery on the Internet

Subjects to a polemic as for the scientific contents of their emission
"Rayons-X" and their book "Before the Big-bang" published at Grasset
in 2004, the Igor and Grichka Bogdanov brothers answered some of the
critics by publishing on September 28, 2004 a reproduction of a print
of their work where the presence of quotation marks around a word would
significantly attenuate the impact of an elementary scientific error.

A surface analysis of the image, and the presence of a file in the Adobe
Photoshop picture editing software format on the same personal site of
Igor Bogdanov (http://igor.bogdanov.free.fr/) prove that it is a make-up
produced with this same software originating from a copy of the accused
page where quotation marks were added manually.
