Let's assume this is true. Do you have some evidence that no other
paper
at the time used the same notation and "some other details"? (Kauffman,
Abraham, Bucherer, Larmor, previous papers by Lorentz himself, etc.).
Have
you read and compared all the papers (original or in facsimilar form)
on
the topic published at that time? In order to claim Einstein copied the
notation from the 1904 paper you have to demonstrate it, since just
comparing the papers can reveal simply they both used the same
sources (particularly Abraham's).
