Well, I found it hard to find some references from him on SPIRES, so I
searched for him on the web:

There seem to be some papers on Bells inequalities by him, e.g.
Hess, K. and Philipp, W., (2004), "Breakdown of Bell's Theorem for
Certain Objective Local Parameter Spaces," Proceedings of the
National Academy of Sciences, 101, pp.1799-1805.
Maybe you could read it and tell us more about his claims. I at least
couldn't really find out the point in your above post.
But anyway, labeling people with other opinions to be orthodox isn't
good scientific behaviour.
