I was under the impression that the evidence for them having
mass is still very indirect, and that it is still a debatable
point. It would be interesting to hear educated speculations
about the properties of stationary neutrinos, but I rather doubt
that anyone can do more than speculate at this stage. If things
have clarified recently, I hope that someone will post what is
known.
I shall stop there, as there are already too many uneducated
speculations on Usenet :-)
