This falls into the category of what I call "pragmatic laws." It
means, "No one has proved it can't be done, but the smartest people in
the world have had 50 years to figure this out and decided it can't be
done with what we have now. If you want to step up to the plate then
well and good, but maybe it would be better to work on something else
until some fundamental breakthrough changes the landscape."
