Well, maybe, but there are two issues.

Firstly, a huge amount of time has been wasted by people assuming
that such "pragmatic" laws were true, when they weren't. This has
often held up whole fields for decades - in historical times, even
centuries. That is why you should never confuse yourself by
thinking of such favoured hypotheses as proven laws.

Secondly, you stated that the entanglement propagates at the speed
of light. That is really what I asked you whether you had any
evidence for - as far as I know, nobody has done the experiment,
but lots of people "know" what the answer will be. That isn't
science, but dogma.
