Hi Alain,
I agree with you, and that's why I said in the document of my thought
experiment that we would need memory storages capable of retaining the
possibility of interference between eigenstates, i.e. capable of
storing qubits and preventing them from interacting with the
environment until decided otherwise. I believe that such memory
storages don't exist yet.
I didn't mean that you could for example print the "which way"
information on a *** of paper, put it blindfold in an envelope, and
decide later what to do with it. Decoherence destroys such ideas.
I'll try to find time to take a look at your thought experiment later.
