You don't have to "read off" the spin connection coefficients, you can
write down the solution to (1) for the connection in closed form,
dependent only on the inverse of the frame 1-forms and their
derivatives.
It's straightforward but cumbersome to write this out in coordinates.
Begin by writing the external derivative of the 1-forms... and go from
there. Maybe someone here will show you.
If you're patient, I'm busy writing up a good reference to send you to
that will be ready in a couple of weeks.
