why eta'(958)?

Can anyone clarify me why the eta' is named with a mass in parenthesis?
I believe this notation is reserved for particles decaying strongly,
wasn't it? On the contrary, eta_c does not carry parenthesis in the
name, nor eta nor pi of course. So?
