Could you increase the scrollable area to as large as possible or avoid
it altogether?

If you can use Firefox and an "Extension" called Adblock
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1865/

Use Adblock to hide the frame above the scroll section, this allows the
whole page to be viewable.

This will be quicker than waiting for the page to be altered.
