To whom it might concern: I've made my thesis on bound-free pair
production by photon impact available in PDF format:

It's quite old, but I think it's still a good introduction to the
subject (although interest in the process probably dwindled after it was
found that the "non-perturbative enhancement" in the high-energy limit
of this effect was due to too small bases in coupled channel
calculations rather than to an actual effect).
