The Dirac-Kerr electron

The subject paper by Alexander Burinskii describes the electron as a
naked singular ring (black hole). Critics have said this paper is
flawed because a naked singular ring would violate the cosmic
censorship hypothesis, though Roger Penrose has said that this
hypothesis is as yet neither proved or refuted.
Question: Are there other reasons known that would lead to a
conclusion that the Burinskii paper is flawed?
