The Dirac-Kerr electron

The subject paper written by Alexander Burinskii states that electron
angular momentum is "-- so high that black hole horizons disappear and
the source of the Kerr spinning particle represents a naked singular
ring". This paper supports the concept "-- of a connection between
black holes and elementary particles (electrons) " as described by
Brian Greene in his book ,The Elegant Universe.
Critics have said the Burinskii paper is flawed because a naked
singular ring would violate the cosmic censorship hypothesis, though
Roger Penrose has said that cosmic censorship is as yet neither proved
or refuted.
Question:Are there other reasons known that would lead to a conclusion
that the Burinskii paper is flawed?
