Hi Rok..
May be you can try your hands at Plasma Physics, and
Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) in particular. The problem of the Sun's
Magnetic Field is still unsolved and lot of research is going into it.
Right now, we have the Solar Dynamo Model which is based on MHD, but
still this does not explain everything. There is lot of scope in this
area.
