Hmmm, but since it's not the same "spot" from beginning of the sweep to the end
of the sweep it technically isn't moving faster than the speed of light, any
more than the sweeping beam from a lighthouse is travelling faster than the
speed of light several miles from the lighthouse.. You have a constant stream
of photons being emitted from the light, not one photon that is being "levered"
or "swung" faster since it is on the moon and you're swinging the light itself
around on its mount back on earth.
