motors are needed to get the gas or diesel engines running. Hybred
diesel-electric ships and trains have been around for about 85 years.
Like you mentioned tj when you marry the two you don't need a
transmition(no gears) Nothing is more reliable than an electric
motor(only one moving part) Nothing is more reliable than a
generator(only one moving part) A good battery is very reliable,for it
has no moving parts,. A Winkel motor is very reliable because it has
only one moving part,and going round and round is natures way for energy
to move effeciently. Motors that don't need heat to make them
