Jup , been to lots of korian farmers and china and brazil .
I could see the nead for a frame and simple engine and body . A 50
mph top speed town car. $ 4000 . Strait 4 .
But backing with some one elses money ,,well then yu dont built for
evry market .
To start an auto line yo pick the plant sise and cost , make an honest
prediction basd on a 1955 machine line and coppie it with machne
quaotes. CIF bid on the whole works.
Then CNC modifie he old pice makers and make the slack up with new line
cencors and newmatics. Install a new weld line 12 robot welders set for
$ 4 million . 10 migs and 2 spotwelders. Singe shift 40,000 cars a
year with 4 changovers.
paint line and body stamp and smal parts stamp and then contract out
parts .
Even your custom desines can be contracted out.
But still the target of all new cool things is 30,000 to 50,000 . The
$ 15000 crowd dont buy much . The dude you sell the car to makes 40,000
a year.
He wants to out comfort and out styal evryone else for $ 25000 . Like
a Duesenburg 1929
that drives like a 88 cadalac with wtice the croam. Install a GM
engine and pass the test.
Not the max safty but the target buyer is buying a replica historic
car. Thay dont put air bags in hot rods.
I would pick the market that buys what they want.
To get it financed you nead 25 trade import or export deals. China
had the chick flue ,,better sell chicken from brazil to china , the
united states export bank of the united states will back any export that
pays , show them your math .
If you can make 25 to 50 cents a pound on 1000 tons they will back you
and secure the payment for you. You nead to trade 25000 tons to have 25
million to start an auto line.
I can walk you threw the first million.
A pet project . I did 145,000 tons in 30 days once a year for 10 years.
Cape Class trader.
200 mil per year.
that financed forest , forest produces and drives up the $200 million in
acres. 1 and 1/2 million acres and I cut down 1 tree an acre and make
*** paper at $ 1800 a ton . I get 4 tons out of each tree. paper or
pulp is 500 ton for pulp and 1200 for paper . Woodchips for refiners is
170 per ton.
I did 1 and 8/10 BILLION in sales the first year.
Canada *** a brick the sise of mount casta.
Then I boaght up ship after tiny ship and got a pre position crew
exchange going.
I sent crews on a ship they load it and park it near a hot selling
spot and go get another.
I buy 100,000 ton tankers 18 years old and load them with grains and
park them till 10,000 on loads sold off it or 1000 ton sales unloads it
for a year. I have a very short delivery time because its allready
there , and I got it there for 4 bucks a ton . It was there yesterday
and the shipping was 4 bucks .
Want 400 tons of 2x4 s ? Mine are allready there and shippped so cheep
they cant beat it.
Then TJ buys stores ,,buys into TJ max and TTJ and TJ , nexfor nexus
nex Fraser.
west fraser
Mills ,,trading .
THE trick is ,,by trading 1000 tons and making a million , I can do that
same deal again and again. Then once one is going then two is going and
3 is going and its a suply chain of events , befor you know it , its a
billion a year.
You quit , but it keeps going , the old deals all repeat them selves ,
Say you deal 25000 tons a year , then next year you make 25 mill too
but dint do much.
An auto plant with only 40,000 car year should make 800 million a
year.
You can do it , if you want to.
