We dont need to go to the moon for Helium 3 at least 20 years, it is
more ecconomical to use the supply from the production and
maintainance of neuks.
The first commercial N Fusion reactors will be deuterium tritium
based.
The neutron problem solved by using Helium 3 will wait until the
superconducting problems are solved.
Reactors will just shut down for maintainance regularly.
