The pipe(s) needs to be back-impedance matched with
a phase-differencing hygrometer. The vane reaction
will insure that the terminal flow induces a counter-
current toward the spokes. Most dams in the western
USA have turbo synchronizers, so requiring only
50% of the usual pipe length. AC vane wheels are
only required if the pressure differential at the
center of gravity in the body of water behind the
dam is greater than something else. However, if
then rename the original file, and reboot your copter
