xxein: Indeed! As if an xtra-solar "Jupiter" would wander deep into
our system instead of insignificant "test masses". Iow, I agree with
you about that, Craig.

Otoh, you must have more than a statistical logic because the data may
be exclusive. That rules out almost everything that can be
generalized (such as physical theories) unless (and showing) a
hypothetical system that explains all other observational born
theories. But that still leaves the unanswered questions of what is a
physical cause (what causes gravity to exist).

Of course, we tend to rule out "why does the (this) universe exist" as
a physical matter, but gravity is a sub and we'd better get on the
ball about answering that before we theorize with too much belief with
its exclusion. (I have good answers, but forget about that for a
while because you don't want to hear them)

Math (if I may comment) is only correct (pure) about "counting like
objects". Everything else is conditional. The objects counted "must"
be considered indivisible in that counting. All else is imagery
(mathematical or otherwise).

Think deeply in physics and apply only a smidgen to the direction of
belief.

I feel better now. Thanx
