A bit confusing. The observable universe depends on the telescope
doing the observing in addition to other factors. T of light emission
increases as the quality of the telescopic observation improves, thus
we observe the light from older events, but never as far back as T of
universe. We can not assume that the universe in the old areas
observed has not changed in the millions or billions of years since
the light started on its journey to our telescope.
