I'm going to chuck my 2 cents in here, so flame away at me if your childish.
It may be just me but I'd consider somewhere like sci.physics to be a forum
populated by academics and interested persons of the physics persuasion
discussing in an adult-like manner physics related topics. Now I haven't
been around this newsgroup long and I'm only hanging around becuase I find
physics interesting but for the most it's outside my scope of understanding,
but it seems that you - Dr. Jai Maharaj <usenet@mantra.com> - post kooky
stuff that degenerates into a flame war.
If your aim is to present to the world another angle of physics and related
that goes against the grain, in the spirit of free speech, surely it can't
be _that_ difficult to set up a newsgroup, like sci.physics.xxx, where you
can post away happily to a core group of readers and interested parties
without the antics that is going on now.
Surely this could be achievable, you wouldn't have to be a rocket scientist
to work that out, or even an astrologer.
