tj my old dishrag. Check your conversion factors first off.
A kilogram is roughly 2.2 pounds. So 320 kilograms is roughly
704 pounds. You did it backwards.

Next, 10 kg of Plutonium never made a megaton. Something in
the range of 30 to 40 kg makes a few tens of kilotons, depending
on how you arrange things.
