Yes, that is what Jim said.
And the consequence is that
1 second on B's clock = gamma^2 seconds on B's clock,
which implies that gamma can only be 1.

No, it does not contradict that because that *also* implies that
gamma can only be 1.
By the way, what you give here, is *not* the "SR time dilation concept".

The only thing you have to do, is read it. But I'm sure you won't even
