It isn't likely at all. It's easy enough to state that SR will fall out
of LCAT, it's quite another to prove it. It's much easier to prove that
the statement is false: Since SR takes homogeneity and isotropy as a
premises, there is already a contradiction between the two approaches,
since Lorentz assumes an absolute aether, and thus takes as premises
neither homogeneity nor isotropy.

The LCAT transform (K to K') (in difference form) is

delta x' = (delta_x - v delta_t) gamma
delta_y' = delta_y
delta_z' = delta_z
delta t' = delta_t / gamma

The inverse transformation (K' to K):

delta_x = (delta_x' - v gamma^2 delta_t') / gamma
delta_y = delta_y'
delta_z = delta_z'
delta_t = (delta_t') gamma

This transform isn't commutative. v is explicitly the velocity of K'
wrt the ether (taken wrt frame K), and
{delta_x,delta_y,delata_z,delta_t} are taken wrt the aether (frame K).
Light speed is not constant wrt the moving observer, it obeys Galilean
velocity addition.
