Well said. Certainly, if Einstein were to appear in nowdays in USENET
he would risk being called the biggest crackpot of all times.

However reads his writtings ends up with the realization that he was
moving on a tight rope between fantasy and insanity. He certainly had
many nisconceptions about Newtonian Mechanics from which he did not
escape to fullfill Mach's dream.

I think Einstein would have made a good lawyer or antique salesman but
as a physicist he was mediocre. He was promoted heavily though by the
media.

It is clear from his book he does not understand the foundations of
Newtonian Mechanics, as a matter of fact, he fails to comprehend how a
theory must be grounded on its foundations properly, and that is a
reason his foundations are disconected from his physics.

Sad story.
