Is there a link to the email addresses for reporting it?

We need a damn moderator for the newsgroup.. someone who gets to eliminate off
topic stuff, and yes I've been guilty of off topic political posts here the last
couple days.. hell if they let me moderate I would never get in anyones face.. I
know enough to know what needs to be blocked though.
