I'll be very busy over the next week, so I can't immediately address
all the points you made in your rather extensive post, but your above
statement is totally false.
I found a counterexample without even working hard. The apsidal motion
of V1143 Cyg, with a period of 7.64d, is considered completely
consistent with GR.

Since you have previously shown yourself to be familiar with this
paper, I can only conclude that you had hoped to win this argument
with lies. Shame!
