Not all cultures and value systems are equal. Al is simply recognizing
the self destructive nature of the underclass. It is a cultural thing
and it appears to be irremedial. Equality is a pipe dream. The only
place where it makes sense is equality in and under the law. In every
other context equality simply does not exist.

Why waste money, time and energy on the worst when you can invest it in
the best.
