For the record, I didn't say that Krypton didn't fit properly with
experimental data. It in fact, exactly fits the energy levels shown in
the standard electron shells. Any model will have to deal with
predicting these energy levels upto at least Krypton. I asked the
author of webelements about the data and he said that the data is from
experiments (not theory calculated) and some elements have less data
than others - which I will have to take as meaning it doesn't exist.
If your model cannot explain the ionization energy pattern, this would
be a serious problem.
