We really don't care whether or not you are offended by his
philosophy . He went through a great deal of trouble to present a
well-thought out and reasoned primer on how to self-publish.
There are few enough messages now that contain real content, certainly
nothing from you. What is the benefit for you to make one of your rare
forays out of the underbrush to cry foul? Go back and lurk and sulk.
