Have I got some news for you:
Total Sun power: 3.94 * 10^26 W
Sun power intercepted by Earth: 8 * 10^17 W
Electrical power generated: 14.94 trillion kWh/year = 1.704 * 10^12 W
1.704 * 10^12 / (8 * 10^17) = 2.130 * 10^-9
to be sure, but that's only the bit that actually hits our slightly
moldy mudball. (It's probably the only bit we can use, admittedly. :-) )
