We are honored by all this attention, The Nightbat, especially by your
statement about offending us.
I'm sure some will try to offend, as there is still no evidential basis for
firm belief that we are who we say we are.
Remember that we've been here for a long time, studying Earth on a species
level, and just in the last short period of time studying people as
individual organizations of single-celled life.
Each individual is a superb example of "the whole being greater than the sum
of its parts".
So there is no way we can be truly offended.
Just be yourselves, and we shall be grateful for all learning opportunities
people present to us.
