 A dude like you armed with a brain could sell 10 % of it for 3 bucks
per pound befor he bought a boat and rigged it more than well enouph to
get it done.
  Buy a ship for 500 grand , 2 crains 100 grand and cables for them 100
grand ,,rov and deep cams ,,300 grand.. lighting for cams 50 grand..
bolt cutter to get hatch off the hold.
 some C4 to blast anything you want .
 Oil drill saw and tap automatic setup 100 grand. 2 grabs for the
cranes ,,40 grand each.
 You could unload that wreck with 5000 tons of cargo with a value of 80
or 90 million in two loads or 3 ,,,so a 2000 ton ship can get it done.
  usa lost a few atom bombs and ballard dint find them , easy 100
mil..working for the Gov.
  a 40,000 ton container ship ,,,cargo is worth more now than when it
sank,,$ 300 millon for
the containers they want back.
  20,000 tons of copper is worth a chunk.
40 million . 11000 tons of crome . 65 million
