Ahh god, again the same nonsense that I've heard as long as
I remember. Losing dollars to whom???? It's all a matter of
rearranging the dollars between and within the American
"families". A matter of who gets the dollars.

Some other "American families" duped you into giving your
money to them. The money is still in USA, among some other
American families.
