        If they can tunnel 30 miles under the north sea , they can
tunnel deep under any city . The beauty is the end of traffic jams as
you can dig as many tunnels parallel or deep to each other as you
want.
In Paris they have tens of miles of double lane highways under the
city , and each of them can accomodate three rail lines easily
