With no ISP, the Qwest DSL line charge would only be 15 USD per month.

Hi Super_Fan, Re: DSL from Qwest ( WA ) with no ISP, You told me: <<
What you are talking about is called Naked DSL.
Qwest has partnered with several ISPs to offer naked DSL.
For example, you can get naked dsl from Speakeasy...via Qwest lines.

I don't think so John, el cheapo NCPlus.NET resells Qwest's DSL,
but I know that they require that I use them as my ISP,
at an additional 18 USD per month for 256 Kbps/256 Kbps.

The Qwest DSL line charge, if I could have no ISP,
would only be 15 USD per month: http://www.ncplusdsl.net/
