Continued fractions.
1.3928 = 1 + (1/2 + (1/1 + (1/1 + (1/4 + (1/1 + ... )))))
e = 2.718281828...
= 2 + (1/1 + (1/2 + (1/1 + (1/1 + (1/4 + (1/1 + ... ))))))
