  Along with the value of the American dollar, and the purchasing power and
worth of the American people.

  America will soon be $14 trillion in debt, in large part indebted to
countries in the pacific rim, and there primarily to China.

  Soon China will control enough American debt that it will be able to drive
American fiscal policy through the simple threat of selling it's U.S. debt.
and thereby driving up U.S. interest rates.

  The recent comment by China that America's currency is in their view, no
longer a stable currency is credited with last weeks drop in the value of
U.S. dollar on international currency exchanges.
