While I am confident that you are correct in this case that geothermal is in
fact not "available to everyone" in any practical sense, I think it is
unwise to assume that "not done on a large scale" = "not considered
feasible" (for any reasonable interpretation of feasible or "those in the
know"...and many unreasonalble ones)
