Oh yeah, let me see... we have satellites circling the earth so that we have
complete coverage on any point on the surface of the earth... but WAIT!
let's get rid of all those satellites for a set of satellites around the
moon which only cover half the earth at any given time! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
