An easier method would be to extract oxygen from the moon
rocks , use concentrated solar power to blast it . There is plenty of
sunshine on the moon , it never gets any clouds . With a 2000 mile
radius it probably gets more solar energy at the surface than the
whole earth does !! ie more energy in one day than mankind uses in a
100 years. Thin film plastics maybe
