You can control it with your mind alone. There is some kind of
conscious energy in matter that physics hasn't touched yet. Note
energy is defined as the capacity of a physical system to do
work. So when I say conscious energy. I used the generic
definition of energy as the exertion of power and vigor. To
control qi ball, you have to exert much concentration. We
have some kind of energy field in our body that is not beyond
physics that is interactive with our thought. So the qi ball
is created inside our enery field and then release outside after
programming is made that can make dictate its behavior. I still
don't know if this is a subtle energy from vacuum thing or
some kind of modified Thomsonian or Setonian Aetheric phenemenon.
Presently I'm trying to crack it by studying the energy field of
a single substance such as one element or compound and how
the energy field of different elements interact. I realized I
need to have a rough theoretical model of qi physics close to
truth so I can at least answer James Randi and his associates
questions of why it work and the basis of it.

I'll return to you about this in a few days as well as the
other message. I'm in deep thought and study about the
unconvensional energy field coming out from a single element
or even atom.

Here's the quote:

You are right though that Einstein didn't use the words
"subtle energy" directly. I'm sorry. In the above quote. He is
saying that human emanations exist that are still unknown
to us. I'll find out where and when he said that. At least
he considers the possibility of subtle energy unlike
most scientists here who just reject it outright leaving
us less physics knowledgeable to derive the physics of
qi and spending sleepness nights contemplating on it
when scientists if they work together can derive it in just
one week.
