He *claims* to explain these experiments. But actually,
he only presents a lot of empty rhetoric and handwavings
- no actual (quantitative) explanations.

Seto's claim that this experiment showed a null result
because "the apparatus moves vertically with respect
to the light rays" is complete utter meaningless nonsense.
