Has happened in my life time. Earth now is out of balance controlling
its temperature. A blanket of CO2 is a good thing. To much of a good
thing is bad. Ice is not reflecting sun's radiation back,and as a
liquid it absorbs heat and holds it. So,calif is feeling this effect
the most,but it is noticeable in states like Florida,Alabama<Louisiana
etc. Billions are spent to save coastal cities. We know the answer to
this problem,but as Bush will say "A buck is still a buck" (Oh
