That "consciousness" affects space-time observables is foundational to
some interpretations of Quantum Theory. One extracts philosophies from
said interpretations at ones own peril, as much phenomenon remain
unclear (e.g. gravitational force). Feynmann's "shut up and calculate"
interpretation is the correct approach.
