The railguns all came up stupid.

in heat or day vision .
  a lock out is you must open it like a code lock or it blows up and no
one can open it.
 The widow watcher is the atv and can hammer the *** out of them with
twin 50s.
  The tank has rockets and a big 3 inch.
They are street cleaners.
  What the army neads is better street cleaners.
  They can patrole the un patroleable.
