OK! I think I can explain the question!!

(1) It's not a question, it's a declarative statement, folllowed by
a question mark?

(2) The explanation is buried deep within your unconscious,
and will require years of psychoanalysis to uncover?

(3) It is, with the exception of the appendation of a question
mark to a declarative sentence, a crypto-grammatical or well-
formed but ill-posed utterance?

(4) " u=u' " itself is neither an assertion nor an experimental
fact, but a string of four symbols from a character set?

Many, many more explanations of your important question
suggest themselves, but the bit margin is too small to
contain them. However I would suggest that it is an
experimental fact that " u=u' " is an assertion, while
simultaneously asserting that u'=u is an experimental fact!

Nobody has proved me wrong!
