There are those that would disagree. Even if science doesn't support
claims of harm from second-hand smoke, many business owners have
discovered that banning smoking encouraged higher class (i.e. wealthier)
clientele to frequent their establishments. Smokers tend to be at the
bottom of the socio-economic scale. Allowing them in harms businesses,
economically.

But you shouldn't bear the expense. Those in danger should pick up their
own tab for protection, either through insurance or strict building
codes.
Let those that felt threatened by Saddam pay the bill for this military
intervention.
